Refund Policy

The product must be unused and in original packaging. A refund request must be submitted to within 7 days of delivery.

The refund request must include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for refund
  • Photo or video evidence

Refunds will be approved if goods are damaged or faulty. However, Bazaa does not offer exchanges or change of mind refunds.

Procedure

Once the refund request has been reviewed and approved, Bazaa will send a courier to pick up the goods within 2-3 days. The refund will be processed 3-5 working days after the goods are received.

Refunds will be issued to the reseller’s bank account or to the credit card used to pay. Please do not send goods in without a refund request, refunds will not be issued.
