Bakehaus produces a variety of artisanal & natural bakes. They take pride in using the best available ingredients and creativeness to create unique bakes that incorporate natural processes, long and slow fermentation and optimise the value of time for the best taste, flavour, texture and natural shelf life. Bakehaus does not use any chemicals, preservatives and additives in all their bakes. Most of the loaves are made with a natural wild yeast starter/sourdough on a daily basis and each variety of bread goes through a minimum of 16 hours fermentation. All viennoiseries are made in small batches to ensure freshness.
