Loong Fatt Eating House was founded in 1948 by Mr Lee Wang Long. Loong Fatt's pastries are well-known among the older generation for their Tau Sar Piah (豆沙饼). It's all about Handmade! For 74 years, they have been using the family's traditional recipe for Tau Sar Piah which is known for its unique flakiness that is second to none. Each piece is still hand moulded and lovingly baked daily. Its flaky layers come apart at first bite, slowly revealing it's sweet center of green bean paste that balances the slight saltiness of its buttery crust.
